What is item processing time?

As soon as we receive your order, each item will go through strict quality control process to ensure quality and remove defective products. The precise processing time fluctuates and depends on many factors which include the product design, material and complexity. Products which special stitching, a variety of materials, embellishments, decorative work and intricate patterns may need extra time during the detailed QC process. For relatively simple items and small orders, on average, you can expect the processing time to be 1-3 business days, however more complicated orders can take up to 5 days and, from time to time, 7 days to fully process before dispatching from the warehouse. Your satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate your patience.

Please note that all delivery times will be affected during public holidays and peak times of year as the service from all our suppliers and courier operators will be affected. There is often a delay of 3-4 days. While we make every effort to send your order to you as quickly as possible we will communicate to you should there be delays out of our control.

Due to the weight and size limit on items not all items are eligible for flat rate shipping. Some items can only be dispatched by Standard Rate Shipping and Expedited Rate Shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Important Note:

Certain items are not permitted by some carriers. If your order contains these products for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure it arrives safely. This may require extra shipping time.

Customs and import duties

The prices of the products do not include customs and import duties which vary from country to country. You may need to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier. Should it happen that you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier will return the items to us. On occasions such as these, we will be required to pay additional charges to the courier for the cost of return including the customs and import duties that were due to be paid by you. We will seek to recoup these costs from you by deducting the amount from any refund owed to you.

Signing for delivery

It is possible that you might not be available to sign for your package; before leaving a calling card of where you can collect your package, the couriers will try 2 neighbors first. Please take into consideration that instructions are only requests and cannot guaranteed. 

RETURNS

We understand that, once received, an item might not have the desired look and fit and for that reason we offer a complete return service.

In the even that you need to return an item follow these simple steps:

1. Get in touch with us within 7 days from date of delivery

2. Please have your Order number at hand or include it in subject line of your email to help us quickly process your returns. We only accept returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in still in its original  condition.

3. We ask that you cooperate in maintaining the original packaging of return items including original tags, shoeboxes and dust-bags.

4. Please make sure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to avoid any loss or damage during transit.

5.Once your return has been authorized by our customer service department, you will receive an email for the return shipping label which is compulsory and should be pasted on every single return packet.

How to return an item

You can return the product in following ways:

 1. Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up option is only available in selected areas, which falls under the service network of our courier partners.

2. In case your area is not serviced by our courier partner, you will be required to self-ship the product back to us, to reach our warehouse within 10 days.

Damaged goods

1. If you receive a damaged or defective item please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. Where possible please send photographs so that we can assist you accordingly.  The refund will be credited back to your account from which the payment was made.

2. Your returns must reach our warehouse with all of the original tags. Items with missing tags will not be eligible for refunds.

More about Refunds

All items with size related issue are refunded as store credits, which can be redeemed on any of the exciting sale events showcased on the website, within the space of one year. Your refund amount only includes price of items accepted after being validated by our quality team. Your refund amount will not include any shipping charges and will only include the cash amount. You are not eligible to receive a refund based on vouchers that may have been used at the time of purchase.
